
I made the Mawa cake and bolinhas de coco cookies. The cake turned out fairly well, though a little burnt. The cookies were more like shortcake in texture and didn't turn out as I would have liked. This could be due to the fact that I had to use semolina flour as opposed to just semolina. I made them a little better with a cardamom glaze.
Good idea to glaze the cookies with a cardamon glaze. There can't be too much of this wonderful flavor!
